Stock Engine Rebuilds

CRANKSHAFTS

All cranks are checked for straightness before any further processing occurs. Cranks are reground and polished to the process standards.

CONNECTING RODS

Each rod is checked for cracks, damage and straightness. All crankshaft bores (big end) are resized and, if applicable, piston pin bore bushings (small end) are replaced.

CYLINDER HEADS

Cylinder heads are pressure tested for cracks and fine surfaced as required to reach needed specifications. Valve guides are replaced. Valve seats are machined with three angle cutters for top performance. After assembly, each valve is vacuum checked to ensure proper valve seating.

FINAL ENGINE ASSEMBLY

Our experienced, highly skilled technicians hand assemble all engines ensuring the highest quality-control possible so that your rebuilt engine will provide many years of service for you.
